Oshira the overseer

Oshira is the overseer of Maloth - 25A. She also oversees and disperses precious relics for a price, Bysmuth Nodules. A precious resource that allows for maloth's terrain shields to keep working. She also enforces SECT and their protocols over a virus which almost wiped out one of the cities.
